Tickets that respect privacy
A player opens a ticket from a panel button, picks what it is about (you define the categories - reports, base issues, shop problems), types their issue, and gets a private channel only they and your admins can see.
Admins claim tickets so two staff never double-handle one, and can invite another admin in when a second opinion helps. Every action lands in the audit log.
Clear rules on closing
Players can close their own tickets; admins can close any. The one firm rule: a ticket the player closed can only be deleted by admins - no silent reopening of a conversation the player ended.
On close, a transcript posts automatically to your chosen channel, so there is always a record even after the channel is gone.
