How do I connect my server?
Sign in with Discord and run the Connect Doctor: three details from your host panel, and it tests the connection and tells you exactly what to fix if something is off.
Is there a public status page?
Yes - every server gets one, with the honest live state, 24-hour computed uptime and recent events. No login needed.
Who can see billing?
Only the billing owner. Staff never see billing or connected services - that boundary is enforced server-side.
