Are Rust Console servers down right now?
As of 06:55 UTC, 12 of the 16 Rust Console community servers Vantic watches across G-Portal, Nitrado and other hosts are reachable. No platform-wide problem is visible. The servers that are unreachable are down on their own, which is usually a restart, a rental that has lapsed, or details that changed at the host. Reachable means the server's own console link is up and answering this minute, so a problem shows here within a couple of minutes of it starting; official servers are run by Double Eleven and have their own status page, linked below.
