Vantic for Rust Console Edition
Rust Console TP Home Bot
A Rust Console TP Home bot lets players set a home point and teleport back to it, entirely through in-game emotes. A player marks home at their base with one quick-chat and returns to it later with another, snapped safely to the ground, on a cooldown you set. A combat lock stops anyone teleporting out of a fight they are losing, which keeps it fair, and a teleport-to-friend option needs the friend's consent first. Because everything reads off quick-chat emotes on the server console, there is no Discord step and no coordinates to type, which is what makes it a feature players actually use rather than one they have to learn.
Set home where you stand. Retreat! brings you back - unless you are mid-fight.
Two emotes, no commands
Players set their home with the 'Can I have a key?' quick-chat. The bot sends them to the respawn screen, and the bed or sleeping bag they choose becomes their home the moment they appear on it, confirmed in chat. From then on, the 'Retreat!' emote teleports them home, snap-to-ground, with an owner-set cooldown between uses.
Home is always a bed on purpose. A player can only spawn where they own a bed, so nobody saves a home on a monument, inside a base they raided, or on a roof they climbed once.
Everything is per server: the cooldown, the on/off switch, and the required Discord role - which makes TP Home a perfect VIP perk to sell in your store.
The combat lock
A player who just scored a PvP kill is combat-flagged for ninety seconds and cannot retreat out of the fight they started. It is killer-only on purpose: the victim respawns fresh, and a misread NPC kill can never wrongly trap an innocent player.
Prisoners cannot use it either - jail means jail.
TP to friend, with consent
Alongside TP Home, players can request a teleport to a friend with /tpr. The friend accepts with the 'Yes' quick-chat in game (or declines with 'No'), and only then does the teleport fire - no surprise arrivals, no teleport griefing.
The same rails apply: the combat lock, the prison rule in both directions, the shared teleport role, and its own owner-set cooldown.

Frequently asked questions
How do players set their home?
Use the 'Can I have a key?' quick-chat emote. The bot sends the player to the respawn screen, and the bed they pick becomes their home, confirmed in chat as soon as they appear on it.
Can players teleport to a friend?
Yes - /tpr sends a request and the friend accepts with the 'Yes' quick-chat in game. Consent-based, combat-locked, cooldown-controlled.
Can I make TP Home VIP-only?
TP Home always needs a role. Pick any Discord role as the requirement and only linked holders of that role can set home or retreat; until you pick one, nobody can.
Can players teleport out of combat?
No - a fresh PvP kill locks teleporting for 90 seconds, so nobody wins a fight and vanishes.
Is the cooldown configurable?
Yes, per server, in minutes - and a failed teleport never burns the cooldown.
